French Bee only Flys to Tahiti every couple of days. Security told me that I would have to rebook my flight even though I was on time. I begged and pleaded with anyone who could help me find a French Bee attendent and couldn't find help. We arrived with plenty of time to catch our flight but there was no one to check is in. I inquired with AeroMexico where they had gone, and they only could tell me they shut the counters down. When I arrived, the counters were shut down and there was no one there. I grabbed my bags and ran as fast as I could to the French Been counter (still with 1 hour and 30 minutes left before my flight). No one ever answered at the French Bee desk. I called nine times while waiting for my bags. I then started making phone calls to the check in desk at the airport. I immediately started trying to check us in online (I was unable to previously because the website was not working), when I found out I was still unable to check us in due to the website. United let us off the plane before anyone else to catch our flight with French Bee. We still arrived an 1 hour and 45 minutes before our scheduled flight with French Bee. We were arriving in San Francisco from Cleveland when our flight was delayed. Lost all my clothes and souvenirs!!! Two French women staff l behind the counter were super rude to all customers!!! No empathy!!! No service!!! No options!!! All I asked was to get input and add this as note on their website next to the online check in button!!!! It would help many future customers! Other airlines do take baggage as long as you check in online and have a boarding pass.ĭO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I have a similar review to ones I read above. Plane stated 2:50pm, but departed at 3:10 pm. About 15 people were left in Paris, some crying, unable to board the plane because they check in online and didn’t bring their bags before 1:30pm. Check-in includes giving them your luggage! They need to add that minor detail on their website. I arrived at 1:38 pm with my check in “boarding ticket” to the counter to give them my bags. Website states check-in no later than 1:30pm for my flight. I had one bag and paid extra for a 2nd one when I did my online check in as they sent me a notification to be able to do so. Check-In Online is Deceitful-Need to check in luggage in order to get a real boarding pass ![]()
